  • How much does a security camera system cost?

    Every property is different. The final price depends on your layout, how much wire has to be run, and what's in the way. As a general idea, a typical home system with 4 cameras and a recorder usually lands around $2,200 to $3,500 installed. More cameras, longer wire runs, or special cameras like license plate readers or PTZs will change that. Estimates are always free, and I'll give you options at different price points.

  • How much is alarm monitoring?

    Most customers pay about $36 to $40 a month for 24/7 professional monitoring with Alarm.com app access. Fire monitoring and larger commercial accounts are priced separately.

  • How much does a new alarm system cost?

    A typical home alarm with a touchscreen panel, door and window sensors, and a motion detector often lands around $2,500 installed. Like cameras, the final price depends on your home and how many doors, windows, and areas need coverage.

  • Can you take over my existing ADT, Brinks, or other alarm system?

    In most cases, yes. DSC, Honeywell, Resideo, Qolsys, and many other panels can be taken over and reprogrammed without replacing the whole system. Send me a photo of your keypad and I'll let you know.

  • Do I have to sign a long contract for monitoring?

    No. I don't lock anyone into long contracts. Monitoring is month to month. There's a simple agreement that covers liability, and that's it. I don't believe in trapping customers, and if you ever want to leave, you're free to go.

  • Do you work on systems someone else installed?

    Yes. I troubleshoot and repair alarms and camera systems no matter who put them in.

  • How long does an install take?

    Most home camera and alarm installs take one day. Larger commercial jobs are scheduled around your business hours so I don't get in your way.

  • Can I see my cameras on my phone?

    Yes. Every camera system I install comes set up for live view and playback on your phone, and I'll walk you through the app before I leave.

  • Will my cameras record at night?

    Yes. I install cameras with infrared or full color night vision, and I'll recommend the right type for each spot on your property.

  • Who actually does the installation?

    I do. Wolverine is owner operated, and I personally handle every install.

  • What areas do you serve?
